- Assure that all technical operations related to the analysis of pharmaceutical products comply with applicable regulations and guidelines (EMEA, FDA, PIC/S, ICH).
- Participate in continuous improvement projects that will allow risk reduction, improved Quality KPI, product quality and manufacturing improvement.
- Co-implement technically robust and compliant systems allowing to exploit, maintain, monitor and continuously improve operations.
- Provide hands-on root cause analysis and problem solving to focus and direct improvement activities.
- Manage and track multiple cross-functional improvement projects to assure successful completion
- Take a leadership role to drive ever-improving results by leveraging consulting skills and change management.
- Previous experience of process improvement / business transformation methodologies is required (including Lean, Theory of Constraints, ITIL, Six sigma, Prince2 or equivalent) and a track record of their practical application.
